Clubroom – ein neuer Weg der Vereinsverwaltung
In Kürze startet unsere neue Online-Anwendung Clubroom. Momentan testen wir diese schon im Live-Betrieb auf der Anlage des TC Heilbronn am Trappensee mit großem Erfolg.
Clubroom wird die Vereinsverwaltung revolutionieren. Alle Daten werden zentral gespeichert und es kann von überall auf sie zugegriffen werden. Auch die Mitglieder können selbstständig ihre Kontaktdaten verändern. Nie mehr lästiges Kopieren von Vereinsdaten oder Komplettverlust bei PC-Ausfall. Und endlich kann die Vereinsverwaltung auch auf mehrere Schultern verteilt werden. Alles mit einem Klick, vom Anzeigen von Statistiken bis zum ELV Einzug von Mitgliedsgebühren.
Aber das wirklich Revolutionäre ist die digitale Platz-Reservierung und Buchung. Vor Ort gibt es ein Touchscreen-Terminal, an dem die Mitglieder einfach und komfortabel ihren Platz reservieren können. Auch an die Hallensaison ist gedacht, die Buchung von Plätzen mit obligatorischer Passworteingabe und automatischem Gebühreneinzug ist problemlos möglich. Zusätzlich kann online im Mitgliederbereich jederzeit die aktuelle Platzbelegung eingesehen werden.
Und die Entwicklung geht weiter. Geplant ist auch die Veröffentlichung unserer Mobile-App mit Geolokalisierung und Geofence, damit auch eine komfortable Platzreservierung auf dem Smartphone möglich ist. Allerdings nur, wenn man sich auf der Tennisanlage befindet.

As we’re reaching the end of the year, it’s time for some wishes and a brief update about our cloud.
The progress on Cloudy has been great, we have a up and running cloud infrastructure. If you’re one of our local customers, you’re already experiencing the benefits of our new cloud technology. The price you’re paying stays the same.
As you might know, Cloudy is a web hosting service. You will be billed monthly and in return you can host your website, online shop or web application on our server infrastructure. If demand across Cloudy increases, Cloudy responds by automatically adding new server instances to keep up with demand. If the server that’s hosting your website goes down, another server with a copy of your data no more than 10 seconds old will automatically take over serving your website. That means, Cloudy scales automatically and makes sure that no site will go down.
That is made possible by our software, the heart of Cloudy. The interplay of hardware managed with our cloud technology allows us to offer incredible redundancy and scalability guarantees.
You can expect the release of Cloudy within the first six months of the new year. We hope you enjoy your holidays and have a nice weekend with your family and friends.

Simple and plain
These were our objectives when designing the logo of studiVergleich.
studiVergleich is a platform where you can compare universities, degree courses and university towns. The platform has to be very easy to handle and therefore the design, especially the look of the logo, has to speak a very clear message.
The logo has to tell the idea behind studiVergleich. That’s why we have chosen a “V” as in “Vergleich” (means: comparison) and an academic cap to express the main topic of the platform.
I think we did a quite good job…

Our first post is about a product announcement. We are working hard on a new cloud these days. And we call it Cloudy, simple and short. But it’s not just another cloud as you can find it around every corner. We’re talking about next generation cloud hosting because Cloudy brings together the benefits of the cloud and the simplicity of traditional hosting.
